The Center for New Communities (C4NC) was founded in 2005 with the explicit goal of serving vulnerable children and families and providing them with opportunities to reach their greatest potential. C4NC serves in a holistic manner, working in partnership with local faith and community partners to enhance the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual aspects of each family.
